Q1: Does BizQuery show business entities that are of ‘non-live’ status?
BizQuery only shows ‘Live’ business entities in Singapore. -
Q2: Do I need to search for business entities again when I am directed to ACRA’s iSHOP
portal?
Yes. You will need to do an entity search again at Bizfile directory search by using the same Unique Identity Number (UEN). -
Q3: How do I purchase the information for the business entities that I have added to the
"BizQuery List"?
Click on the "Show My BizList" button, and "My BizList" pop-up window appears, click on "Buy" to be directed to the ACRA's iSHOP homepage to start your entity search and information purchase. -
Q4: Can I select and buy products for different business entities at the same time?
Yes. Once a product has been added to the cart in ACRA's iSHOP, you may continue to search for another business entity on ACRA iShop and add your chosen product to the cart. Products added to the cart will be captured until ‘Checkout’. -
Q5: What do the numbers in the green circles on OneMap mean?
The numbers in the circles on OneMap represents the number of 'live'* business entities in a building. - * 'Live' refers to the registration status of the business entity in the Register. If a business entity has ceased operations but has not filed eforms to notify ACRA of its status change, it will still appear as 'Live' and can be found through BizQuery.
