1. All intellectual property rights relating to the service and any information contained therein shall belong to SLA and SLA shall have the sole discretion to modify or suspend the services or any part thereof without any prior notice.

SLA shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damage or loss whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages, loss of goodwill, income, revenue or profits, lost or corrupted or damaged data, or damage to your computer, software, modem, telephone or other property, arising directly or indirectly from:
   1. any inaccuracy, incompleteness, incompatibility, defects, corruption, distortion, errors or omissions in the information, howsoever caused;
   2. any failure, delay, disruption or interruption in the transmission of the information on this Site, whether caused by delay or interruption in transmission over the internet or otherwise; or
   3. any use of, decision made or action taken by you or any third party in reliance upon the information, regardless of whether SLA has been advised of the possibility of such damage or losses.
3. SLA may, at its absolute discretion, amend these Terms of Use from time to time without prior notice.
4. In the event that I shall fail to observe any of these Terms of Use, I shall indemnify SLA against all damages and losses which SLA may suffer or incur arising directly or indirectly from or in relation to any such failure or my use of or access to the service.
