Terms and Conditions from ACRA

By using this service, I agree that:

  1. A standard prescribed fee is payable upon confirmation of request before each request is processed. Please check your entry before proceeding with the next screen. This fee is payable regardless of whether a mistake is made in entering the search information.
  2. All payments made are non-refundable.
  3. If you do not receive your order within 3 days after the date of your request, please forward the following information: your name, date of request, receipt number and transaction number to www.acra.gov.sg/enquiry.
  4. No replacement will be provided for incorrect email address or mailing address provided.
  5. ACRA does not warrant that the requested information provided is complete, accurate or free from error.
  6. All intellectual property rights contained in the information and relating to the service belong to ACRA.
  7. ACRA shall not be liable for any damage, loss or claim arising from or in relation to:

    (a) any use of or access to the service, or

    (b) any use of or reliance on any information provided by the service.
  8. ACRA may at its sole discretion and without any prior notice:

    (a) modify or suspend the service, or

    (b) modify these terms and conditions.
  9. You are advised to visit ACRA website at www.acra.gov.sg if you are unsure of the services.
